Return & Refund Policy

Important Notes

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded.
  2. Products purchased under any discount, sale, or offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must raise a return request and provide the preferred refund mode along with correct UPI or bank details.
  4. The customer will be responsible for any incorrect UPI or bank details submitted while raising the return request.
  5. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team.
  6. Any product that is used, damaged, altered, washed, or returned without tags will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Promotion Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is applicable only on eligible purchases made during the promotional period.
  2. Products purchased under this offer are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  3. Customers can request an exchange only for size-related issues or product defects.
  4. Exchange requests must be raised within the specified exchange period from the date of delivery.
  5. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  6. Exchange availability is subject to stock availability.
  7. Shipping charges, if applicable, for exchanges may apply as per the company policy.
  8. Items purchased under this offer cannot be exchanged for cash or refund value.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds within 7 days from the date of order delivery, provided the customer is not satisfied with the purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all product tags intact
  • Returned in the original packaging, wherever applicable

Please note that orders cannot be returned once they have already been exchanged.

Once we receive and acknowledge your return request, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from the original order delivery address. Our delivery partner will collect the package and ship it back to us within 1 to 3 days.

After the returned product is received, our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions mentioned above. Once the inspection is completed and approved, the refund or exchange process will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges for a different size will be subject to product availability at the time the returned package is received and inspected.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once the refund is initiated, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI. The customer must provide the correct bank account or UPI details through our return portal at the time of raising the return request. The customer will be fully responsible for the accuracy of the bank or UPI information submitted.

If our courier partners, including Bluedart or Delhivery, do not provide reverse pick-up service for your pin code, the customer must send the product back to us through a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
